TDS on Foreign Outward Remittance

We are a Google Cloud Partner in India and are required to remit few hundreds of dollars to Singapore. For customers in India, we pay in INR to Google in India.
Recently, Google’s argument has been rejected by Income-Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT) as Google hasn’t paid TDS (Tax Deducted at Source).

Is this case similar to ours? Can someone here guide me on DTAA and TDS?

You need to consult a good CA. Answering such questions in forums would not be possible.
In my opinion you need to deduct 10% TDS while remitting.
